ARG is a USA company, formed and based in the State of Florida; founded in 1992 under the trade name “ International air Safety Office, Inc “ later remained in the year 2000 (Aviation Registry Group LTD LLLP) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Registry Holdings LLC. ARG operates the civil aircraft registries of Aruba since 1995 and Republic of San Marino since 2012 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida

Founding Exc. Chairman of The Registry of Aruba, since January 1995 to present and founding Exc. Chairman of San Marino Aircraft Registry since September 2012 to present.
Sir Jorge Colindres Marinakis has over thirty (30) years of varied aviation expertise ranging from aircraft sales and acquisitions to aircraft certification and regulation. Currently, he serves as Founder & Chairman of Aviation Registry Group, which owns The Registry of Aruba and The Registry of San Marino.
Combined, the Registry of Aruba and the San Marino Aircraft Registry’s list of clientele includes several Heads of State, members of Royal Families and high-profile customers around the world. Mr. Colindres takes pride in both the unique relationship that he maintains with his clientele and in his pristine reputation throughout the aviation industry.
