  • Members of our Aviation Regulation Team have the knowledge of over 20 years of experience in management positions working for ICAO and National Aviation Authorities (NAA), such as US-FAA, UK-CAA, EASA, Transport Canada, Swiss FOCA, Singapore CAA, Australian CASA and several other reputable NAA’s and  maintain strong working relationships with relevant government regulatory agencies.   • We have vast experience in a wide range of regulatory matters, including, regulation drafting, regulatory safety compliance, aircraft registration, inspection and certification, Licensing for air operations (AOCs)and aviation defense and law enforcement of matters.:
     

  • Drafting of aviation national primary legislation and civil aviation requirements base on ICAO Standards
     

  • Obtaining economic and operating authority, aircraft registration, inspection and certification
     

  • Obtaining operating licenses from foreign regulatory authorities 
     

  • Devising corporate compliance and training programs and providing industry-specific antitrust aviation regulatory training 
     

  • Interpreting bilateral air service agreements and addressing ICAO 83bis agreements
     

  • Handling enforcement inquiries and expert advice from all government agencies and defending alleged violations of aviation regulations
